The XXII Aranjuez Early Music Festival begins

Aranjuez hosts the Early Music Festival featuring the best traditional music in Spain. During the weekends, from May 16 to June 13, you can enjoy six special concerts in the Palace. With previously unpublished Music, the festival offers several original and unique compositions that had never played before and that were created centuries ago. Melodies and symphonies of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries interpreted in the Chapel of the Royal Palace and the Prince’s Garden.

With the unpublished Music, the festival offers this year original compositions from many sources not interpreted for centuries and which have now been recovered.
Another cultural event is the popular Musical Walk in the Garden of the Prince, which consist of guided tours for teaching the history, philosophy, botany and the art that lurks in this beautiful garden that has been declared a UNESCO “Landscape of Humanity”.
