Nuevo Imparcial.- Madrid Excelente and London School of Economics and Political  Science (LSE) in London signed a partnership agreement to  jointly promote the culture of quality and excellence
business management and encouraging entrepreneurship, both in the United  Kingdom and Spain. The agreement was signed by Director General  Excelente Madrid, Alejandra Polacci and CEO of London School of  Economics Enterprise LTD, Simon Flemington.  The goal is to export the excellence of firms in the  region to publicize success stories of entrepreneurs and  business beyond our borders. both institutions
cooperate in the dissemination of best practices among companies  both countries to share knowledge and improve competitiveness  of business.

The director general of Madrid Excellent, Alejandra Polacci stressed  that this agreement is «an example of the willingness of the Community of Madrid to  seek synergies with prestigious institutions that will assist the
business network to publicize their business, seek alliances or new markets, and promote entrepreneurship among our  young people. »
Excelente Madrid collaborates with various international organizations  to promote networking between companies and countries. This is the case with the  American Society for Quality (ASQ) in the US, Asia Pacific  Quality Organization (APQO) in Asian countries and in the basin of  Pacific, The Ibero-American Quality Foundation (FUNDIBEQ) in  Latin America; and the Mexican Institute of Quality Control (IMECCA).
Spanish exports to the UK amounted in 2013 to  6.8% of total exports to European countries, with the
fourth largest trading partner in the region of Spain, behind France  (16.1%), Germany (10.1%) and Portugal (7.5%), according to the ICEX.
Madrid was also the region’s largest exporter to the UK  in 2013 with 20.9% of total Spanish exports
followed by Catalonia (20.3%) and Valencia (11.4%).  Madrid Excellence recognizes companies that are committed to  innovation, quality, social responsibility and customers, among others  pillars of corporate governance. It promotes excellence in  business through free training programs in management
‘Excellent Talks’ with the annual International Congress of  Excellence, which brings together nearly 1,500 employers and managers, in which  the latest trends in business management and  success stories of national and international companies.
The London School of Economics and Political Science is a  specialist college with an international reputation and a global range  Its research and teaching span the spectrum of  social sciences, economics, politics and law to sociology,  anthropology, accounting and finance. Founded in 1895,it has  an renowned reputation for academic excellence: 16 winners of the  Nobel Prize have been staff or alumni of the University. the LSE  currently has about 10,000 students from 145 countries and an  influencial network of more than 100,000 students with alumni groups  working in over 70 countries.
